Annapurna Base Camp trekking is the Annapurna century trek. It is recognized as a paradise of nature that offers a great variety of beautiful landscapes, nature and culture. The trek to Annapurna Base Camp passes through the rice cultivation, beautiful villages, green forests, bamboo jungles, rivers, birds, animals and unique flora and fauna in the mighty Annapurna Himalayan range. Annapurna Base Camp trek is a perfect trekking route to view the high Himalayas, including Mt. Dhaulagiri and Annapurna range and Mt. Machhapuchhare (Fish Tail), and glaciers so closely.

Annapurna Base Camp trekking falls within the Annapurna Conservation Area, a project called ACAP for the environmental and cultural protection. Many plants native to Nepal, variety of birds and animals, including snow leopards and blue sheep, around 100 varieties of orchids and some of the richest temperate rhododendron forest in the world are particular attraction of Annapurna area. Annapurna trek gives an opportunity to interact with Gurung and Magar indigenous peoples in Nepal.

  • Day 1: Arrival in Kathmandu (1300m.)
  • Day02: Kathmandu valley full day sightseeing
  • Day 03: Drive to Pokhara (200km.)
  • Day 04: Drive to Nayapul (42km)
  • Day 05: Trek to Ghorepani (2853 m.)
  • Day 06: Visit to Poon Hill early in the morning and Trek to Tadapani (2520m.)
  • Day 07: Trek to Chhomrong (1920).
  • Day 08: Trek to Dovan (2,505m).
  • Day 09: Trek to MBC (4700m)
  • Day 10: Trek to ABC (4130m).
  • Day 11: Trek back to Chhomrong (1920)
  • Day 12: Trek to Ghandrung (1940m.)
  • Day 13: Trek back to Nayapul and drive to Pokhara
  • Day 14: Drive back to Kathmandu.
